On the two nights you slept badly, the evenings afterward drifted higher than usual — though a later dinner could also explain it.
Weekends looked calmer than weekdays. Saturday in particular ran even, and nothing you noted seems to pull against that.
Very little else changed, and that is worth knowing too. A quiet week is a real answer, not a missing one.
